Solution to PS 1 #9
Eukaryotic mRNA has a long polyA tail that is not present on other
types of RNA, so attach an oligo dT or oligo U sequence to an inert
support and use it as an affinity column. When the RNA is passed
through the column only the mRNA will stick.
