Solution to PS 2 #11

Treatment with  dansyl chloride tells us that the N terminal is Val.    Since neither Trypsin or chymotrypsin cleaves "after" Glu the sequence ending in Glu in the two digests must be at the C-terminus.   The rest is deduced by examinng the sequences in the Trypsin and Chymotrypsin digests. The sequence is:

Val-Leu-Ser-Pro-Ala-Lys-Thr-Asn-Val-Lys-Ala-Ala-Trp-Gly-Lys-Val-Gly-Ala-His-Ala-Gly-Glu-Tyr-Gly-Ala-Glu-Ala-Thr-Glu
