No. It is very unlikely that the eukaryotic gene's promotor will
contain the correct sequences in the correct location to allow accurate
initiation by the prokaryotic RNA polymerase. Likewise, it is extremely
unlikely that the prokaryotic gene's promotor will conatin the correct
sequence in the correct location to permit accuarate initiation by RNA
polymerase II.
