Life on the edge

Where has my heart fallen
deep into the pit of despair
life watching others love
and no one out there

Why cant things be better
life on the edge of tomorrow
looking back I see your eyes
A look I only wished to borrow

Why is it so hard to see
The love I held for you so great
But a knife sharp and long dug
And with a thrust sealed my fate

No I cant live on the edge
But my body turns again
I see the pains driven
Why cant we be like we were then

The blade digs deep into my skin
The red warm and sweet spills out
I take on last gaze of you
What is it your about

I fall down plunge into the sea
a memory is what you wished me to be
But I laugh as I fall down
your pain is so easy to see

I lust for attention
oh you shall get more than you've ever had
as people look and laugh
your eyes lying in my hand
